Prices
All prices are shown in EURO excl. VAT for shoppers inside the European community.
Shoppers outside the European community do not pay the danish VAT.
Any local tax in your home country is to be paid by you.
All shipping is done through PostNord
Shipping is normally within 8 days to your address, depending on your local postal services.

Payment

Once you have ordered your items, I will calculate the shipping costs and send you a money request from my Paypal account.

You can pay me using your Paypal account OR your credit card through Paypal's payment interface.

Return policy

Before shipment we always check your goods carefully and pack them with the best possible protection to make sure that they reach their new homes safe and undamaged.

If, however, your goods is damaged when you receive them, we naturally offer a full refund including your expenses for the return shipment.
In case of damage please contact us as soon as you have established the damage.
If the package shows obvious traces of transport damage, please open it in the presence of the postman, if possible. Alternatively you should refuse receipt of the package.

You are always welcome to contact us for any further information about our goods that you may require.

If, for some reason, you do not like your new product, we will give you a full refund, however, deduct our expenses for returning your payment or for sending you another product, provided of course that you have not used or damaged it in any way.
Please return the product in the original box with all of its original contents using our "Shipping address".

In case you regret your purchase please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product.
You must return the product to us within two weeks after you have received it.
